This Chaves 229 Redencion Kickstop has been transformed into a complete, double-sided relief work, featuring a Día de los Muertos–inspired composition that flows seamlessly across both scales and into the signature skull clip.

The engraving is not surface work. Each element—portrait, skull, floral structure, and clock detail—is cut with depth to create true dimensional contrast. Light plays across the surface, revealing layers that shift depending on angle and handling.

The design carries through to the Chaves skull titanium pocket clip, engraved to match and integrated into the overall composition rather than treated as an afterthought. The result is a cohesive piece from front to back.

Paired with a black chisel-ground M390 blade and the Kickstop mechanism, the platform remains clean and mechanically sound while the visual work elevates it into something far beyond production.
