Spyderco Shaman Copper Scales with shipwreck patina and created for the ultimate Goonies fan!

You can choose to purchase just the scales (handles), or buy them installed on a new Shaman Knife as seen in the photos. (Coin is not included, but is available in my shop)

LASER ENGRAVED detailed design featuring a section of the infamous One-Eyed Willy’s Treasure Map. With a one of a kind shipwreck patina finish, each patina result is unique. These are one of a kind finishes, some have more blue than others as well as varying shades of blue. A clear coat is applied to seal and preserve the look. Scales are engraved using one of the many fiber lasers in our shop.

***Shipwreck Patina Finish***
The shipwreck patina will naturally change based on usage, it is like a living finish that will continue to evolve due to dirt and oils on your hand and in the environment. I do apply a clear coat to seal the patina before engraving the scales, but you can do an additional clear coat to double up on it. Any clear coat will work and you can apply as often as you want.

These precision milled, fully contoured scales are a perfect fit to replace the standard scales. The backs have been milled out to receive the nested liners, and pockets have been added to reduce weight. Includes pocket clip holes for tip-up, right hand carry. The scales weigh in at 5.62 oz.

Not compatible with: C229RWDP model with Rosewood Dymondwood handles, due to a different pivot.

*Installation of the scales requires some basic tools and knowledge. You will need a high quality torx bit set to remove the screws and pivot. The pivot can be tough to remove. There are some good informational videos on YouTube if you need more instructions.
