Take the legendary Chaves Redencion 229 and give it a darker Japanese-inspired edge. This custom piece features an extremely detailed laser-engraved magnetic titanium inlay combining a fierce Japanese oni mask, layered skulls, flowing smoke, and traditional Japanese-style waves. The bright engraved artwork creates a sharp contrast against the all-black PVD finish, bringing out the fine linework while maintaining the aggressive, unmistakable Chaves look.

The removable magnetic titanium inlay allows the engraving to cover nearly the entire show side without interfering with the knife’s clean frame construction. Every section of the design flows together from top to bottom, with skulls emerging through sweeping smoke and waves surrounding the oni mask.
